All products that Westlake sells come complete with the manufacturer’s warranty.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Westlake wants to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied. Returns must be made within 30 days of pick up, shipping or delivery. Items may be subject to a restocking fee. The fee can range from 25% to 50%. The item needs to be inspected and be in new condition with all of the parts and accessories. The original packaging and shipping materials must be returned, and must be in new condition for resale…installed product cannot be returned.

When do I receive my refund?

Returns are inspected upon receipt and if everything looks to be in new condition and fully equipped, a refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

What is Westlake’s cancellation policy?

Special orders require a 50% deposit upon order and a 100% non-refundable deposit is required on custom built material. Deposits on canceled non-stock orders will be refunded less return freight and any charges imposed by the manufacturer.

Products that are made to order or previously installed are non-returnable.Final Sale items are non-returnable. Westlake reserves the right to deny returns of stock material in excess of 30 days.
